Permanent Dog Tag Licence Application

• A maximum of three dogs premitted per household
• Assistance Dogs and Livestock Protection Dogs are exempt from licence fees
• A new Dog owner has 30 days to register their new dog
• Payments are made using MasterCard, Visa only
• A service fee of 2.5% is applied to Visa and Mastercard transactions to cover the payment processing costs of the service provider, Paymentus Corporation. 
• A $2.00 shipping surcharge will be added to first-time dog licence registrations to cover mailing costs of the tag
• If you have lost your existing dog tag, please contact the Township at 705-434-5055 x224

Note: As of January 1, 2023, The Township will no longer be issuing a new tag for subsequent years, it will be the Owners responsibility to re-register their dog on an annual basis.

Registration fees per dog

From January 1st to March 31st 

• Neutered/Spayed: $22.00
• Neither - intact: $35.00

From April 1st to December 31st

• Neutered/Spayed: $40.00
• Neither - intact: $50.00
