Dog Tag Licence Application

  • A maximum of three dogs premitted per household
  • Assistance Dogs and Livestock Protection Dogs are exempt from licence fees
  • A new Dog owner has 30 days to register their new dog
  • Payments are made using MasterCard, Visa only
  • A service fee is applied to cover the processing costs by the service provider, Paymentus Corporation. The following are Paymentus' service fees that will be applied to the payment amount as follows: 
      • 2.5% for Credit Cards for Visa and Mastercard
  • A $2.00 surcharge will be added to every transaction to cover mailing costs

Note: As of January 1, 2023, The Township will no longer be issuing a new tag for subsequent years, it will be the Owners responsibility to re-register their dog on an annual basis.

 

Registration fees per dog

From January 1st to March 31st 

  • Neutered/Spayed: $22.00
  • Neither - intact: $35.00

From April 1st to December 31st

  • Neutered/Spayed: $40.00
  • Neither - intact: $50.00
